We are either in 1 of 3 modes. Creation. Maintenance. Destruction.
We start creating something and feel really good about it. For example, we start going to the gym and create this new body and we maintain it. But when you're not maintaining, you're not changing up your workout. You're not advancing in different areas. You're not alternating. Then you end up not being as strong as you were when you first reached that point or you sort of plateau. After maintenance, comes destruction.
