Dr. Ugo Iroku, New York Gastroenterology Associates:
Air-frying is better than using a big vac full of oils.
That goes straight to your liver and your heart vessels.
You have to decide what matters most.
The best taste or having your loved one for as long as possible.
That's really what it comes down to.

It's important as Black people, to have our immune system be as healthy and as strong as possible. At the end of the day, it doesn't come from any magical cure. There isn't any snake oil that you can find on Amazon that will do it. It really is the basics.

So, these atoms are created that are dangerous to the DNA in the bottom of your gut. If you just keep char-grilling and char-grilling you're just exposing your body to a lot of these dangerous radicals that can damage your bodies DNA and potentially put you at a risk for increased cancer.

In general, healthy diet, high fiber, lots of fluids, work in some vegetables, has been proven to be healthier for us. Less polyps. Less colon cancer.
