we want to elevate the awareness of businesses but hold them to a certain standard.
So that over time, we're no longer saying these same things about black businesses, that 'the quality isn't up to par, the customer service is poor',
but we need to set that standard and set that precedence."

"Too many times, we have a bad experience and we leave...call the manager to the side,
if the owner is there, talk to the owner and let them grow from that."
