You have to put them in a structure that works with your daily life.
And you have to break them down to the things that you actual do, NOT the goal that you want to achieve.
(example of bad goals: "Running a 5K" or "I'm going to run 3xs/wk.")
The question is, how do you get there?
It should be, Monday, I have a window between 9:45 and 10:30am. So, I'm going to block it on my calendar and that's what I'm going to do every Monday.
