Right now, the literature shows, that people who get really sick have something called the cytokine storms. An acute inflammatory storm, that actually makes them hugely sick. So, I'm suggesting that everyone get good sleep, practice mindfulness and meditation. Do some exercise, even in the house, everyday. Engage socially with those that you love as much as you can. Telling them that you care about them (affection), noticing the gift that they bring into your life (appreciation). Accepting them as they are, and giving them attention (deep listening).
