An objective rise in hormones that increase your blood pressure and heart rate.
Cortisol is the stress hormone. The biggest thing is, how you cope with stress.
Not the stress itself.
Stress is not the enemy. It's the constant stress that's the enemy.
You want the stress when you need it but you don't want to have it all the time.
You want to have periods of relief from it.

Humans are built for movement. Get rid of your body fat. Obesity is associated with every single disease on the planet. It increases your risk and increases the risk that there will be a bad outcome.
