In celebration of
THE NAACP FOUNDERS' DAY,
the 2nd anniversary of
THE BLACK PANTHER MOVIE,

THE MONARCH GLOBAL ACADEMY
ANNUAL ACTION FAIR,
the Anne Arundel County NAACP
is offering this contest exclusively to
the 6th graders of
Monarch Global Academy.

is offering this contest exclusively to
the 6th graders of
Monarch Global Academy.
Participants may choose to submit either
a 250-word essay(.pdf) or artwork(.png/.jpg).

THE CHALLENGE:
Creatively present a fact in a fictional setting
(related to T'Challa from The Black Panther).

Each entry must include 1 fact (written or visual*)
from either the NAACP history link or video below.

Participation requires permission from a parent/guardian.

Each winner will receive:
1) a free Anne Arundel County NAACP t-shirt
1) a free Anne Arundel County NAACP t-shirt
2) an invitation to march in the 2020 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Parade
with the Anne Arundel County NAACP on Saturday, April 4, 2020.
